Titanhouse.org is in a season of intentional alignment and steady growth. Our focus is on building the right leadership structures, partnerships, and capacity to support youth well — now and into the future.

Rather than growing quickly, we are prioritizing clarity, accountability, and sustainability. This includes strengthening organizational leadership, clarifying roles, and ensuring that our work remains responsive to real community needs.

As part of this process, Titanhouse.org is developing small, purpose-driven leadership councils to help guide our work. These councils are designed to provide insight, accountability, and community perspective as we continue to serve youth across Marion and Polk Counties.

Leadership councils may include:

• Educators and school partners
• Youth development and community advocates
• Coaches, mentors, and program leaders
• Individuals with nonprofit, organizational, or systems experience

Participation is invitational and mission-aligned, with a focus on thoughtful guidance rather than day-to-day operations.

As Titanhouse.org continues to grow responsibly, we remain committed to:

• Collaborating with trusted partners
• Aligning resources with real needs
• Building the organizational capacity required for long-term impact

This approach allows TitanHouse to remain grounded, transparent, and prepared for future opportunities — including expanded partnerships, funding, and staffing — while honoring the trust placed in us by the community
