As Titanhouse.org grows, we are intentionally building pathways for community members and professionals to offer guidance, perspective, and leadership.
These pathways help ensure our work remains youth-centered, community-informed, and sustainable.
As we continue growing together, we’re excited to build our next board—welcoming new voices and perspectives to shape our leadership and advisory pathways for the future.

Titan House is building a diverse and engaged board to guide our leadership and advisory pathways. Our board provides strategic guidance, supports our mission, and helps ensure our programs grow effectively.
Board members are expected to:
- Offer guidance and insights to help shape programs and initiatives
- Attend quarterly, and or monthly meetings (virtual or in-person)
- Support community outreach and organizational growth
- Bring ideas, energy, and perspective to help Titanhouse.org thrive
Titanhouse.org is in a season of intentional alignment and steady growth. Our focus is on building the right leadership structures, partnerships, and capacity to support youth well — now and into the future.

As part of this process, Titanhouse.org is developing small, purpose-driven leadership councils to help guide our work. These councils are designed to provide insight, accountability, and community perspective as we continue to serve youth across Marion and Polk Counties.
Leadership councils may include:
Participation is invitational and mission-aligned, with a focus on thoughtful guidance rather than day-to-day operations.
As TitanHouse continues to grow responsibly, we remain committed to:
This approach allows TitanHouse to remain grounded, transparent, and prepared for future opportunities — including expanded partnerships, funding, and staffing — while honoring the trust placed in us by the community
