The Salem Teen Sports Network empowers youth in Salem and neighboring communities through sports, health resources, positive culture, and mentorship.
Rooted in core values, we foster personal growth and resilience, addressing economic disparities and social isolation. We create a nurturing environment for youth to flourish by removing barriers, offering opportunities for connection, skill development, and mentorship.
Through collaboration and inclusivity, we strive to create a brighter future for the next generation.

UPLift503, our Mobile Teen Support Van, is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where teens can recharge, refuel, and rebound. Together, we create opportunities for personal growth and resilience, fostering a community where our teens can thrive.
By partnering with Edgewater Partners and local service teams, we streamline essential services to ensure every teen knows they matter and are empowered with tools to succeed and support.

Strategic Plan Playbook Step 1: Build the Board ✅
We have gathered a dynamic, and service minded Organizational Board. We are currently navigating program startups and development, budgeting, financing, grant writing, networking, marketing, and fundraising. We have actively began operations and are looking forward to the process of elevating our Mission.
